Carmen leads a rental management department that sets high standards and consistently delivers excellent results. Her personal dedication and integrity have made Carmen popular with both property owners and tenants, as well as earning her respect in the local industry.
Having grown up in Werribee, and worked in a local legal office, Carmen set off to see the world at an early age. On returning to Melbourne she worked in the travel industry, community housing, and raised a family – not necessarily in that order. Carmen joined McNaughton Estate Agents in 1996 and has been a great contributor to the development of our rental management.
